Not mine.
This is a terrific analogy about a man who walks into a vegetarian restaurant and demands a hamburger. Can you imagine it? This would be insane–not to mention offensive to the restaurant owner whose personal beliefs forbid the serving of meat.
Go ahead, read it.
And I was glad a friend of mine pointed me to this video:

As I suspected, there are indeed a number of African-Americans who take offense to the current situation regarding Prop 8 in California being equated to the Civil Rights movement of the 60’s.
And yes, I’m still working on Book 3, in the background. I promise.

Gay Activists are using donor lists to target individuals who donated to prop 8. This guy already lost his job this morning. We have to stand up and help support these people who are being persecuted for their personal beliefs in their employment. People need to know what’s going on.
Who is next? Where is the image of love and tolerance now?

Great analogy and very logical. The 52% that voted for Prop 8 is an low number. The last polls I saw have 60-70% of the population saying that Gay Marriage was wrong. The only reason that only 52% voted Yes was the way the wording was changed on the ballot (by our Attorney General) and because of confusion.
I believe that if we took another poll (and it will happen), that the number will grow back to the 60 plus percentage.
Thank you for your support.
